WebReact/React Native is still king for cross platform development due to its established presence and familiar programming. As long as Google and the developers working on it … WebFlutter is probably a great language. However, the downside is that they make you use Dart. React Native is special because there are a lot of React developers, so a huge talent pool that can easy hop into RN at almost anytime. There is a very low barrier to entry, which is why I chose RN over Flutter.

Webnative development seems like it’ll save time. In my experience, no it won't. If you have a small team I'd say sticking with react native or flutter will save you a ton of time short or long term. I honestly can't understand how you'd think the things you complained about can be more time consuming than writing the same app twice.
